Background
The owners of the 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, semi detached property felt that it was time to replace the old boiler with a new, more efficient model. The new boiler would make the property more appealing to new tenants thanks to the promised reduction in fuel bills and also the peace of mind of having a reliable new boiler. A Worcester Greenstar 24i Junior was therefore installed to meet all the households heating and hot water requirements.
