Lifestyle
The C family live in a stone built 17th Century farm house with 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The family comprises of Mr and Mrs C and their two teenage children.
With two teenage children, the family's hot water usage and fuel bills are fairly high - as you can imagine.
Energy usage
Mrs and Mr C had made several efforts to improve their home's efficiency including; double glazing part of the property and insulating the roof, however they were conscious that their old heating system was letting them down.
The existing heating system was fairly old and was anything but efficient.
Once the family decided they would replace their boiler, they began researching into different renewable technologies and decided that a solar water heating system would be the right choice for them.
